Powered by the Citizens Bank of Edmond, Heard on Hurd is a free, family friendly street festival held in downtown Edmond, located just off historic Route 66 at the corner of Broadway and Hurd Street. Taking place every third Saturday from March through October, the event runs from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and brings together the community for an evening of food, music, shopping, and connection along the Mother Road.
Each Heard on Hurd event features more than 70 local food trucks, retail pop up shops, and nonprofit vendors, along with three live performances by local musicians throughout the evening. Guests are invited to enjoy a variety of food and drinks from the event’s featured food trucks and then take time to explore and support the local shops, restaurants, and bars throughout downtown Edmond.
Founded by Citizens Bank of Edmond, Heard on Hurd was created to revitalize downtown Edmond and showcase local entrepreneurs, artists, and small businesses. Since its launch, the award winning event has become a beloved community tradition and a significant economic driver for the region.
Throughout the season, select events may include special themes, activities, or celebrations highlighting Edmond’s history and its connection to Route 66.
Bring your friends, bring the family, and experience one of Oklahoma’s most vibrant community events. Come eat, listen, shop, and explore at Heard on Hurd!
